Initial Consultation

Diagnostic Workup

Multidisciplinary Tumor Board

Your case is presented at our weekly Multidisciplinary Tumor Board, attended by all relevant specialists, to develop the most comprehensive and individualized treatment plan.

Treatment

Treatment may involve surgery, radiation therapy, chemotherapy, immunotherapy, or combinations thereof — all delivered by fellowship-trained specialists using the latest techniques.

How long does a first appointment take?
Your initial consultation typically takes 60–90 minutes. This includes time with the physician for history and examination, as well as initial discussions with our care coordinator and nursing staff.
What should I bring to my first visit?
Please bring all prior imaging (on CD or digital format), pathology reports, referral letters, a complete list of current medications and allergies, your insurance card and photo ID, and any questions you have written down. A companion is welcome and encouraged.
Do you accept insurance?
Yes, we accept most major insurance plans including Medicare and Medicaid. Our patient financial counselors can verify your coverage before your visit and help you understand your benefits and any out-of-pocket costs.
How quickly can I get an appointment?
We prioritize new patient appointments and aim to see you within 3–5 business days of your referral. For urgent cases, we offer same-day or next-day appointments. Call our scheduling line or use the online booking form.
Can I get a second opinion?
Absolutely. We actively encourage second opinions and welcome patients who have been treated or evaluated elsewhere. Our specialists will provide an honest, independent assessment of your diagnosis and treatment options.
Are clinical trials available?
